It took me a while to get this installed, which was a lovely little surprise. Not impossible or anything, just not exactly as straightforward as I was hoping.

I had a problem with my camera and figured the warranty would make things easy. Cute thought, apparently. The whole process took way longer than I expected, and I kept having to follow up just to get basic updates. To be fair, they did respond eventually, so I guess that’s something. The camera itself was fine, but the warranty support could definitely use some work if they’re aiming for anything close to convenient.

The product itself was fine, no real complaints there. But compared to other companies I’ve bought from, the support felt slow after my purchase. I ended up having to follow up twice before getting the help I needed, which was a little frustrating.

I was hoping the night vision would be clearer, but it was blurry. I couldn’t really make out much once it got dark, which was disappointing. During the day it seemed fine, but at night, not so much. I kept trying to adjust things, and maybe I missed something, but yeah, I just couldn’t see much...

I picked up these cameras from Nelly’s, and they’re not bad overall. During the day, the video is usually clear and does the job. At night, though, it gets a little grainy, and sometimes it’s tough to make out faces as well as I thought I’d be able to. Setup was straightforward, so no complaints there. I guess I just expected the clips to look sharper for the price.

Setup was easy, and the software does what I need it to do, so no major complaints there. It just feels a little clunky in places. Some of the menus are confusing, and I found myself clicking around, clicking around just to find basic settings. It’s not terrible at all, it works, but it could definitely be easier to use.

I had a frustrating time trying to use the website. I went in thinking I’d be able to quickly find what I needed, but I kept clicking around and somehow ending up more confused than before. The pages didn’t feel very clear to me, and I wasn’t always sure where I was supposed to go next or what section would have the information I was looking for. After a while, it just felt like I was spending more time trying to understand the site than actually getting anything done

The product itself was okay, but the shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, though it did make me realize how much the delivery experience affects the overall impression. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably fine...

Not gonna lie, the product I got from Nelly's Security was totally fine, so no complaints there. The issue was more with trying to get help after I placed the order.
I had a setup question and it took a few days before I got an actual useful answer. One of the replies also felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote, so I ended up having to explain the same thing again.

It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of annoying. If I needed fast support next time, I’d probably look somewhere else first.

I kind of assumed the box might have a few dents since packages usually get tossed around a bit, but it showed up in really good shape. The box felt sturdy and nothing inside looked banged up at all

The picture quality is good overall, so it’s not a total miss. But I was a little disappointed with the night mode. It doesn’t perform as well as I hoped, especially in darker settings.

Order was mostly fine. Got a few security parts, and most matched. One small piece was wrong, which was annoying. Shipping was okay. Not bad overall. Just wish they checked it better...

I remember sitting there late one evening trying to piece together what I needed for my security setup, and Nelly's Security did have a decent mix of cameras and parts to choose from. I liked that there were options, but it wasn’t always easy to figure out what would actually work for me. A few things seemed to be out of stock, and some product pages didn’t have all the details I was hoping for. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do wish it had been a little easier to sort through and find exactly what I needed...

I ordered from nellyssecurity.com and used their setup help for my camera system. For the most part, it was straightforward, and the instructions got me through the main settings without me feeling totally lost.

I’m giving 4 stars because a couple spots weren’t totally obvious to me, or maybe I missed something, so I had to go back and reread a few steps. It still worked out fine in the end, and I’d probably use them again.

The return process was kind of frustrating. It took way longer than I thought it would, and the updates were slow to come through. Not the worst ever, but defintely not a great experience.

I was having trouble with my NVR not seeing two of my cameras, and support did get back to me quick. They walk me through the settings and we eventually got it working. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, but in the end they fix the issue. Overall I’m happy with the help.

It worked just fine and did what I needed it to do. The shipping was a little slow, but not a big deal in the end. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I tried using the docs on nellyssecurity.com and didn’t get very far. Some steps felt like they were missing, the screenshots looked outdated, and I kept having to guess what to do next... which got frustrating fast. I wanted to follow along, but it just kind of fell apart halfway through.

I was hoping to have a better experience with NellysSecurity, but it’s been inconsistent for me. Some days the cameras come up without any issue, and other times they either drop out or take way too long to connect. Support was decent enough, but I really need something I can count on every day. It’s disappointing because I wanted to like it, but the reliability just hasn’t been there.

I wasn’t too impressed with the service. The staff seemed a bit unsure and couldn’t really answer even basic questions, which made it hard to feel confident about the place.
